Subscription & Billing

Manage your Studioloop subscription plan and billing portal

Access

Billing is owner-only. Navigate to Account → Subscription in the sidebar.

View your current plan status, your trial countdown if your plan includes a free trial, and manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal.

  • Start subscription - Choose your plan and number of locations
  • Manage plan - Opens Stripe portal to update payment method, change plan, or cancel
  • Sync status - Automatically syncs after checkout completion

Free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you can start without entering a card, so nothing is charged while you try Studioloop.

Add a payment method any time during the trial (under Manage plan) and your subscription continues automatically when the trial ends, with no gap in service. We email you a reminder a few days before the trial ends.

If you never add a card, the subscription simply ends when the trial does. Nothing is charged, and your data stays put. You can reactivate from Account → Subscription whenever you like and pick up where you left off.

Requirement

An active subscription is required for live online booking via the widget and mobile app.
